Most Boop Apparel products are made especially for you after you place your order. We don't pull your shirt from a giant warehouse shelf — your order heads to production and is printed just for you.
Most U.S. orders are typically delivered within 10–14 days of purchase. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships so you can follow your Boop on its way home.
Free U.S. Shipping on Orders $50+
Spend $50 or more and standard U.S. shipping is on us.
Orders under $50 will have the available shipping options and cost displayed at checkout.
Where's my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. Please allow a little time for the carrier to begin showing tracking activity after the label is created.
Because our products are made to order, there may occasionally be delays during busy periods, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your order seems to be taking unusually long or your tracking hasn't updated for an extended period, please contact us. We're happy to look into it.
Something arrived damaged, misprinted, or wrong?
That's not the Boop you ordered.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible and include your order number and a photo of the issue when possible. We'll work with our production partner to get it taken care of.

Please take a moment to make sure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order.
If you notice a mistake after ordering, contact us as quickly as possible. We'll do our best to help, but once an order has entered production or shipped, we may not be able to change its destination.
